She graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and completed her OB/GYN residency at in Phoenix at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center, affiliated with the University of Arizona School of Medicine. During her residency, she was awarded the Perinatal High Risk Obstetrics Resident of the Year. She is board certified and has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2001. She has specialty training in minimally-invasive laparoscopic techniques, is the physician consultant for the childbirth education curriculum at EvergreenHealth Medical Center, and is currently on the implementation team for the national “Team Birth Project” to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Keys treats all aspects of women’s health including high-risk and routine obstetrics, gynecologic surgical procedures, infertility, pre-pregnancy counseling, contraception, adolescent gynecology, irregular heavy menstrual cycles and menopause. She has a strong interest in disease prevention and working closely with her patients to help them make informed decisions which will guide them towards lifelong health and wellness.
Dr. Keys enjoys spending time with her two daughters, husband of 25 years, and very spoiled dog. In her time off, she loves exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling to experience new cultures, gardening, knitting and scrapbooking.
